These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ABC Academy website (the “Site”), the services offered and the courses available for enrollment. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

ABC Academy provides professional make-up artistry courses designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals interested in pursuing careers in the make-up industry. Our courses are available both online and in-person and enrollment in any course is subject to availability and the terms outlined here.

By enrolling in any course offered by ABC Academy, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
  • Pay the required course fees as outlined in the course description.
  • Abide by the policies regarding attendance, submission of work and assessments as provided by the Academy.
  • Complete the course requirements, including practical assignments, exams and portfolio development.

All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course, unless otherwise specified. The payment methods available will be indicated on the Site and ABC Academy reserves the right to modify payment methods and fees as necessary.

If you choose to pay via the EMI Facility (if applicable), you are responsible for complying with the terms set forth by the financial institution facilitating the EMI.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your course choice. However, due to the nature of our services, once you have enrolled and paid for a course, fees are non-refundable except in the case of:

  • A course cancellation by ABC Academy (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment).
  • Special cases where a refund request is deemed acceptable at the sole discretion of ABC Academy.


To request a refund in such circumstances, you must submit your request in writing to info@academyofbeauty.in within 7 days of the course commencement date.

By using the Site, you agree to:

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its services.
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm the integrity or security of the Site.
  • Ensure that all information provided to ABC Academy is truthful and up to date.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, videos, logos and other intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to ABC Academy and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written permission from ABC Academy.

ABC Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of the Site or any services provided.
  • Any errors or omissions in the content or services.
  • Any interruptions, delays, or malfunctions that may occur in the Site’s functionality.


ABC Academy’s total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid for the course by the user.

ABC Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any updates to the Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the Site after such changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India for the resolution of any disputes.
